Withholding payment of €974

Hi there.

I hope you are well.

Voozaza have been withholding a withdrawal since the 20th July.

The account has been fully verified.

I asked on chat on the 21st, they said it would be sent the following day, it was not.

I emailed on the 22nd to follow this up. No response.

I then made a formal complaint on the 24th. I have once again not had a reply.

The withdrawal is for €974.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
