Withdrawal delayed for almost 3 weeks

Hi,

Since a couple of years I play on tsars.com

I have never had any problems with withdrawals. Over the years I deposited a large amount of money, and occasionally I win something , and most of the time it is deposited on my bank account within a couple of hours.

So last time, I requested 3 withdrawals on 01/06/24. The first 1000eur, second 300eur are still pending. The third withdrawal of 500eur was successfully processed.

I sent several messages to the support, but the only thing I get as a response is that I need to wait for the Financial Department , and that there is still no update regarding this issue.. I cannot believe that there is no update after almost 3 weeks...

So, is there anything you can do?

I'm afraid to not to get anything paid out.
