They are stealing my money without excuse

I am probably not the first person that complains about the particular unregulated non-licensed casino. Let me start by saying that since 14 Jan that I registered I deposited in total 1790 euros in this site and now I have 1642 euros in there, so it's not even that I won overall, so I don't really understand why they try to steal my money. They keep playing ping pong with me between their chat and their support email, telling me to withdraw via card or via bank transfer and then, they just reject my withdrawal claiming a ''system error'' or a ''problem with Revolut bank''. Obviously, this is not the case at all. No talks about KYV or verification or anything that would suggest that this is a legit site, which I would be more than happy to do in order to get my money. The comments on gaming sites from other users are disheartening, as this seems to be a common tactic. I am not sure how they even survive as a business, but it seems they just get money without ever paying players out, so they just criminally stay open. Please help me to get my money back, I am willing to do any kind of verification if thats the case.

Ich habe am 14.09.25 500€ und am 15.09. und 16.09. jeweils 500€ und 146€ ausgezahlt, insgesamt erhalte ich vom TikiTaka Casino also noch 1,146€.

Laut den Casino-Richtlinien haben ausstehende Auszahlungen eine maximale Bearbeitungszeit von 3 Werktagen, welche bei früheren Auszahlungen auch eingehalten wurde, ich warte diesmal aber leider schon seit 10 Werktagen.

Auf Nachfrage im Chat reagiert das Casino nur mit Ausreden, bestätigt aber, dass mir das Geld zusteht, ich dieses erhalten werde und dass mein Konto nicht verifiziert werden muss. Ich habe dennoch alle nötigen Dokumente zur Verifizierung per Email eingereicht, auch da erhalte ich seit 3 Tagen keine Antwort.

Ich erwarte, dass mir die 1,146€ die mir zustehen schnellstmöglich auf mein Bankkonto ausgezahlt werden, da die vom Casino angegebene Auszahlungsdauer schon lange überschritten wurde.

Will not let me make verification

I have been trying to get my withdrawal from the site for weeks now. From day one they blocked my withdrawals. I asked chat help why this is and they said I need verification. But when I go to the verification page it says I don't need it.

I have been in chat / email loop for ages now trying to get someone to help with the withdrawal. They only say that it has been send to "relevant team", but won't tell any timetable. Only "very soon" every time.

Withdrawal of funds takes too long

Hi, my account was closed on this casino or put into review as they say, anyways, I've been sending emails to the casino to get the withdrawal of my funds, which that I have are 873 euros, however, they told me to wait in the 21th January and since then I've not heard anything from them. I haven't passed kyc as they haven't requested any documents and have not responded to my email. The account was closed probably around the start of January so it's already been a long time with no advances regarding the withdrawal

Account closed during withdrawal process

I am reporting an issue with TikiTaka Casino (tikitaka.com) regarding a withdrawal that has not been processed and an unexplained account deactivation.

I deposited $4,000 via Interac e-Transfer through Gigadat and played normally. I met all Terms & Conditions, completed KYC verification, and requested a withdrawal. The casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.

After the processing window passed with no update, I contacted support. They said they would “accelerate it with the finance department” but did not provide a timeline. Shortly afterward, upon my mentioning of escalation, my account was deactivated without warning. I now cannot log in, view my balance, or access my transaction history. I did not receive any email, explanation, or request for additional verification.

At the time of the deactivation, I had a legitimate withdrawal pending for $3,600 with another $12,039 in the balance (they only allow total 3 withdrawal requests at a maximum of $1,200 at a time).

Withdrawals delayed and over the said amount of days

I made 3 separate withdrawals, each for $750, for a total of $2,250. On November 2, 3, and 4. It is now November 12. They say in their terms that it should take 3 business days for the withdrawals to process and obviously it is beyond that. I have contacted their live support and they keep saying they know it's delayed and it will come soon. Where are the withdrawals? I am not the only player who has this issue based on the other complaints made about this casino.

Can not log in to my account since June despite Tikitaka claiming i can

I have been unable to log in to my account since June. They required KYC, which I since passed, however I was never able to log back in.

I have attached lengthy email correspondences where I explain this issue to them with added proof with the error code. I also attached the error here. Translated it means "Your account is under review".

Every time they suggest I reset my cache/cookies etc, which I have of course tried as the first solution with different IP/browser/device. My account is undeniably locked, otherwise I would have logged in by now.

They never take the information seriously and repeatedly claim the account is open. I have tried everything I can, I am simply getting nowhere with them. They can't seem to figure out their own platform.

I want to log in to my account and withdraw my funds.

Delayed Withdrawals and Account Under Review at TikiTaka Casino

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am experiencing serious issues with TikiTaka Casino regarding my withdrawal requests.

I submitted a withdrawal request on 22nd August, and as of today it has been 10 days with no processing or payment.

My account had already been verified, yet my withdrawal remains pending without explanation.

Today, the casino placed my account under review without providing clear reasons, and I am now unable to log in at all.

I have contacted their support several times, but I only receive vague replies and no clear timeline for when my funds will be released.

This situation is very concerning, as the withdrawal amount of three withdrawal requests of $1500 is being withheld without justification, and I no longer even have access to my account. I also have $1325 on my balance on top of those three pending withdrawals.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring that TikiTaka Casino processes my withdrawal and restores my account access without further unnecessary delay.

Excessive Payout Delay

Submitted $750CAD withdrawal request on June 25. Operator states 3 business days for withdrawal processing in their terms and conditions. It's currently July 8th (8 business days) and my withdrawal is still "in processing". I've contacted their live support staff multiple times, only to receive the same "Remain patient, You'll be paid soon" -answer every time.

I attempted to verify my account but the site says I don't require verification and it won't even let me upload my identity docs.

It appears as though this casino may not pay out winnings whatsoever.

On 16.05.2025, with ticket 28908606, I formally requested the closure of my player account, as provided for in the national legislation in force. Despite my clear request for closure, I found that: My account remained active after the closure request; A deposit was made with funds from my bank account/card, without my express authorization after this request;

In view of this situation, I request the immediate refund of the amount in question, as well as confirmation of the definitive closure of the account. I consider that there was a serious failure to comply with the legislation that protects players and their rights as consumers.

Already changed email with askgamblers ticket number 234337, all the emails sent to tikitaka are there with no reply from them.
