Unpaid withdrawal request
I requested a withdrawals on 30th dec -25, 2nd jan 26, 4th jan 26 and 6th jan 26 all for the max per transaction amount of €500 via Bank Transfer/Revolut. The last withdrawal is still pending with no confirmed payment date. My account is verified after i got asked to send bank details nad mifinity ewallet details after two payments was made (this was accepted 15th jan) and I have provided any required documents. Support has only given generic replies and no clear timeline. They have paid out €500 every monday = once a week until recent one that was today a tuesday 8 dyas after the other. now the last €500 is still pending from the 6th of january.
I am asking AskGamblers to help escalate this and ensure the payment is processed. In a normal time frame. See attachment 1 and 2 from their own terms and conditions not being met or not even accurate (for example max transaction is €500) and it seems weekly €500) And as you can see of the screenshots, 3 withdrawals is processed.
