I requested a withdrawals on 30th dec -25, 2nd jan 26, 4th jan 26 and 6th jan 26 all for the max per transaction amount of €500 via Bank Transfer/Revolut. The last withdrawal is still pending with no confirmed payment date. My account is verified after i got asked to send bank details nad mifinity ewallet details after two payments was made (this was accepted 15th jan) and I have provided any required documents. Support has only given generic replies and no clear timeline. They have paid out €500 every monday = once a week until recent one that was today a tuesday 8 dyas after the other. now the last €500 is still pending from the 6th of january.



I am asking AskGamblers to help escalate this and ensure the payment is processed. In a normal time frame. See attachment 1 and 2 from their own terms and conditions not being met or not even accurate (for example max transaction is €500) and it seems weekly €500) And as you can see of the screenshots, 3 withdrawals is processed.

Earlier today last pending withdrawal (€500) was processed, yet to appear att my side, but we can consider this case closed. And would like to take the time to thank TheSlotz for fast replies and response during this. Yet a question remains, the unacceptable time from 6th to 22nd (16 days)

Dear AskGamblers Team,

To clarify the situation: I requested four withdrawals of €500 each on 30 Dec 2025, 2 Jan 2026, 4 Jan 2026 and 6 Jan 2026 using Bank Transfer/Revolut. The first two were paid out before the casino completed the bank and MiFinity verification. After I submitted the requested documents and the verification was accepted on 15 Jan 2026, a third €500 withdrawal was paid out. The last €500 from the 6 Jan request is still pending with no confirmed payment date.

All verification was completed and accepted, and the same method and same amount has already been processed successfully multiple times. The casino has not given a specific reason for why this last withdrawal has not been processed or an estimated payment date. Support responses have been generic, without any concrete status or timeline.

According to The Slotz Casino terms and what is normally expected in industry practice, once verification is completed and within the casino’s stated limits (e.g.daily/weekly limits), withdrawals should be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Three identical withdrawals have been paid already, which demonstrates there was no unresolved KYC requested form their part.
It appears that the casino is paying out €500 approximately once every 7–8 days, which does not seem to be supported by their terms and conditions, as no such weekly payout limitation or delay is described once verification has been completed.

I am asking for AskGamblers’ assistance in helping to ensure this remaining €500 is processed promptly or that the casino provides a clear and specific explanation for the continued delay and anexpected payment date.
