Payment delayed for no reason
I’ve made a withdrawal request of 440€ on 23.4.2026.
Today is 29.4.2026 and my withdrawal is still marked as pending.
My account is verified and so are my payment methods.
I tried to find out what’s going on through casino customers support repeatedly , yet unsuccessfully. I’ve been told that they’re still processing it, despite they are supposed to process it within 24hours . And it’s been six days already. My direct question if there is some problem with my withdrawal remained unanswered.
