Payment delayed for 17 days

Hi,


I have now waited 18 days for my withdrawal and I get no update on why there is a delay.

I created my withdrawal on 28/2-2026 and have since then gotten no update or reason on why it has taken so long.

The only answer I get from support is the standard "dont worry it is being processed"

I could understand there is sometimes delays but 17 days without any communication is not reasonable.
