Swift Casino - Withdrawal delayed and declined multiple times for same reason each time
I submitted my first withdrawal request on the 7/02/2026 and shortly after was emailed saying it had been declined. Proceeded to chat to customer support who felt the need to push me towards a wire transfer method. After contact from support and waiting longer than expected I the contacted again and was told to confirm EUR for withdrawal. I accepted and apparently withdrawal was processing. More waiting. No contact. I reversed wire transfer method and requested a new withdrawal by visa card. And the nightmare begins 3 times I've been asked to confirm im okay with winnings being in EUR, and evsrytime I've agreed and been told that its sorted and going ahead. I even escalated to a support manager who assured me I had nothing g to worry abiut and no tasks I needed to complete to allow my winnings to come quicker. And now, here I am again, still on chat with a new support worker, who again, seems to not know a lot about what is going on or why its happening, but that I need to confirm for EUR withdrawal again..... What do I do? How do I get my winnings because no matter what I do and say they just tell me the same thing over and over again. Please help.
