I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated cancellations and non-payment of my withdrawals.
I won a total of €6,240 on 25 December 2025. Since then, I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests in accordance with the casino’s withdrawal limits (€500 per day, maximum three withdrawals in queue).
All withdrawal requests have been cancelled without explanation. No KYC or document verification has been requested, and there are no pending verification requests on my account.
I have contacted Sportuna's live chat six times but have never received a clear explanation. On one occasion, the chat was closed by the agent during the conversation.
I also sent a formal email on 3 January requesting either immediate KYC instructions or confirmation of a payment date, but I have not received any response.
More than two weeks have now passed since my first withdrawal request, and no withdrawals have been processed. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to resolve this matter.
