I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated cancellations and non-payment of my withdrawals.

I won a total of €6,240 on 25 December 2025. Since then, I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests in accordance with the casino’s withdrawal limits (€500 per day, maximum three withdrawals in queue).

All withdrawal requests have been cancelled without explanation. No KYC or document verification has been requested, and there are no pending verification requests on my account.

I have contacted Sportuna's live chat six times but have never received a clear explanation. On one occasion, the chat was closed by the agent during the conversation.

I also sent a formal email on 3 January requesting either immediate KYC instructions or confirmation of a payment date, but I have not received any response.

More than two weeks have now passed since my first withdrawal request, and no withdrawals have been processed. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to resolve this matter.

Dear AskGamblers,

I received email from Sportuna on 09.01.2026, 23:00 CET, about the documents, clearly after i’ve allready made the complaint to AskGamblers about the casino actions.

This is the first contact i’ve received from the casino regarding this issue about my account and withdrawals, since 25.12.2025.

I uploaded demanded documents to the casino right away, but they haven’t confirmed them, and still keep canceling my withdrawals request’s.

Requested re-uploaded document has been delivered 19.01. Waiting for my account to be confirmed, and get on with the withdrawals. We are closing up to month wait time on this issue now.

Correction to my previous reply, i re-uploaded selfie has been delivered to you 16.01.2025 right after i received the request from the casino. Today is 23.01.2025, so im waiting for your approval to the document today. Since you claim at your site it may take up to 24 hours to documents to be approved, but that's misleading clearly.

Asked about this in your live chat, and their answer was 3-5 working days. So with my math today is your 5th working day with the document. However i will not be suprised if you take your take to process this one picture you've received, afterall Sportuna Casino has not provided any interest to process this issue fast even with this active complaint and keep delaying my account verification and withdrawals.

Just to clarify this situation, I HAVE ALLREADY DELIVERED MY BANK STATEMENT TO YOU 09.01.2026 FIRST TIME YOU ASKED IT.

So with what purpose are you asking me to upload it again? And why you keep asking your customers to upload one document at the time and don't ask them all at once?

For clarification we need transaction history of the account used to top - up your bank account on the 24/12/2025.

We can see an incoming transaction of 3028 EUR from 24.12.2025, and we need a statement of that account.

I'm just stunned about this, you can clearly see it's incoming payment from BRITE AB, and those are my casino winnings, so if you would like to see that bank account statement, please contact https:­//b­rit­epa­yme­nts.com/ and ask it from them, because i don't own that account and i don't have access to big corporation accounts, so good luck with that. Like you don't know as a Casino what payment providers most casinos use?

At this point Sportuna Casino is just acting out and refusing pay my winnings, what a joke this has become. Like i allready informed you in my earlier reply, i've allready delivered my bank statement to Sportuna Casino 09.01.2026. But anyways bank statement uploaded again.

Actually i can't get screenshot from it, because i cannot see my withdrawal history that far (Only 1 week back). I contacted the casino, and they will provide me with document of my withdrawal history (takes couple of days).In the meantime, i also contacted BRITE AB payments and got their respond to this payment. Which you can see below. All of this is irrelevant and has nothing to do with anything that this case is about. Stop fooling around and verify my account and pay up my winnings. This has been going on for over a month now, only because of Sportuna Casino.

Not providing any support to the player, until i make the complaint to AskGamblers, keeping me waiting in a hope i roll my bankroll back to your casino. After the complaint all kind of silly and irrelevant questions about everything that has nothing to do with my playing, payments etc. in your casino. I have been nothing but patient, understanding, cooperative & transparent, and yet this is the outcome.
