Hi, I've been waiting for the withdrawal of my funds (around 200 euros) for 2 months on this casino. My account was closed here, as well as in many mirrors, and I've been sending emails regarding the withdrawal of my funds. They told me to send my bank details over a month ago to withdraw even though I made the deposit via crypto. I wanted to withdraw via crypto of course, but to speed up the process I agreed and send the bank details. And, to this day, after two months, I haven't received any answer whatsoever. Every email I send I get the same message that I have to wait for the relevant department. I send two screenshots of the first communication 10th of november, and the last eight days ago

I don't want to withdraw via bank. I want to withdraw via crypto, which is the method I used to deposit. I never used a bank transfer
