After seeing the review here on AskGamblers, I decided to give this bookie a try.

Deposited on 22nd December and made some bets. Then decided to make a withdrawal of 418 euros on the 25th to check out the timeframe they processed it.

Today 31st and still nothing so I decided to check the casino from Trustpilot and then I realized I should've done that before depositing. Looks like they pay no one on time, most likely hoping they'll get tilted and lose it all. The bad news is I'm not one of them. Live help replies as always " oh there's a delay, doing our best, can't be certain on the timeframe" etc..

I couldn't even find any license information on their site to complain to so I'm not sure they are even licensed as it writes on AskGamblers, so I'm writing this here.

Not sure if they would pay me at all since apparently they already made this a habit

While 3 working days already is a dreadful timeframe for a crypto withdrawal, while every other site pays in seconds now, you cant achieve that it in that period. Almost a week for a withdrawal isnt about any simple delay, its pure bad intention. Not even 1 genuine positive review on trustpilot, noones paid in time or at all.
And i already sent a mail asking for details about your invisible betting licence and still haven't got anything back yet.

UPDATE

Its 9th day since my withdrawal. Still "processing" and no replies to my email regarding their licence details.

I dont recommend anyone this scam site that works without any licence and zero genuine positive feedbacks on trustpilot. I ll take it as an expensive lesson not to pick noname bookies ever again even if they are rated well on askgamblers

No wonder why you adress askgamblers for complaints on your site.Since 2 weeks you write nothing but copy-paste messages and yet askgamblers still gives you extra 4 days to reply. So apparently the plan is giving you extra time for your useless replies and you dont have to pay until eternity.

First of all thanks for the joke of licence details. 150 casinos working with only 1 licence and it's a useful list of bookies to never ever get close to, along with sportuna.

Second of all, you keep lying here that you're working on the withdrawals but in fact you just made me wait for 10 days for nothing while my withdrawal was in processing and while i ve been asking if i needed to complete KYC and you kept saying "no ,no need at all" . And magically after 10 days you suddenly needed it, so i verified my account. And then just yesterday you asked me to verify my IP adress so i needed to disconnect my vpn and connect without it. So i did, and told you that your site url was blocked my by ISP with the reason of "scam" and i sent you that screenshot of it,as i ll post it here.

So you kept saying that you need to verify my IP adress - which is a process to aviod bonus abuse and i never ever used a single cent of bonus in my life ,including your casino - , although i said it would be impossible since your url is blocked due to scamming complaints.

So the result is, my account is verified, withdrawal is on hold and will be so forever since i cant somehow prove my IP although i didn't use bonuses and like i would ever open another account with these scammers.

They ll find a way to steal your funds. Just read their trustpilot reviews and dont be a fool to open account with them

Even just this reply shows that they dont even bother to check your complaint and account details to see whats actually going on and they just keep posting the same nonsense whoever complains about withdrawals.
On live help they say that they ll never pay me my withdrawal amount cos i cant verify my IP and yet here they "keep working on it and they are very sorry about delays" etc.

So you let me open the account with vpn on, take all the bets with vpn on, get verified with vpn on but withdrawing my balance with vpn on is forbidden, although i told you that your scammy site wouldn't open without vpn due to scam complaints to my ISP.
As i said before. Scammers will scam.. let it be an expensive lesson

You cant make a scammer to pay your money afterall. If i could open their site without a VPN ,then they would ask for my birth certificate or sth, until i would say fk off and give up

They use the same scam licence with 150 other scam casinos which have exactly the same payment issues if you check them out on proper review sites like trustpilot. Not 1 genuine positive review
Cant blame a scammer for scamming. It was just stupid to fall for it when there were too many ted flags
