the payment by transfer should take place within 24 hours after I contacted the support with the question why it takes 3 days to withdraw the funds. They sent the money back to the game account, but at the same time we blocked this withdrawal method.
A the moment I can't even contact the email support and the chat support me she wrote that this payment method is not available for my country/location.
While previous withdrawals were fine within 15-20 minutes.
I request the unblocking of the payment method so that I can withdraw 25,000 CZK.
