Good morning,
I asked 2 withdraws (look screenshots) 22th February 2026. (100€ + 120€)
I was waiting to get my 220 € since 5 days and i still don't get my money.
Their chat 24/24 7d/7 is a bot system.. we can't talk to a real person and when i asked something, nothing done.
Please help me to get my money because i really need it. Thank you for advance. Nelly

I confirm that I still haven't received the money in my bank account. It's been 12 days since I requested the two withdrawals.
Your 24/7 support service informed me on March 3rd that the verifications were confirmed for February 24th, 2026, and that all that remained was to issue the transfers.
What else ?
