I have made a withdrawal on 24/05/2025 for 500euros. The customer service says the same thing over and over, that they will forward my request to the relevant department, but still nothing happens
- Up to now I have not received the money yet.
- This is my 2nd withdrawal.
- My account is not yet KYC'd, because they have not asked my for any KYC. I am ready to KYC if they ask me.
