I requested a withdrawal 8 days ago via Bank Card.

Their Terms and Conditions state a 3-day processing time.

I have contacted support multiple times (e.g., operator Bela), but they refuse to provide a Transaction ID or ARN code, claiming 'standard checks' without any KYC/AML requests.

I believe they are intentionally stalling the payment.

I would like to inform you that shortly after I filed this complaint and notified the licensing authority, Spinanga Casino has processed my withdrawal, and I have successfully received the full amount of 140,700 HUF.
The issue is now resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter, as your platform's presence clearly pressured the casino to follow their own Terms and Conditions.
