I would like to report a serious issue with Spinanga Casino regarding a delayed withdrawals requests .
- Amount: 3 x 150,000 HUF
- Method: VISA
- Request Date: 7,8,9 July 2025
As of 23 July 2025, more than 12 business days have passed without any payment or status update. The request still shows "Verification in progress."
Spinanga’s own Help Center states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. However, they now refer to their T&Cs section 6.14 to justify the delay — without offering specific reasons, documentation requests, or dates.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to step in and urge the casino to fulfill its obligation to process this payment.
