My withdrawal of 750 CAD is pending since 5 March and has passed three business days processing timeframe . Agents say withdrawal is delayed but cant provide payment timeline.

Due to daily withdrawal limit of 750 CAD i cant request more withdrawal until this one is paid . Monthly limit of withdrawal is 10500 CAD but how can i withdraw upto 10500 a month if withdrawals are delayed

I have one more withdrawal that has passed processing timeframe.
My one withdrawal of 750 CAD is pending since 5th March and other one since 6th March and has passed three business days processing timeframe . Agents say withdrawal is delayed but cant provide payment timeline.

I have never received more than 2250 CAD per month . However your website mentions upto 10,500 CAD per month can be withdrawn as level 1 player .
Plus my current withdrawals of 2250 are pending since 5 March
