I made a small deposit on Spinanga casino and won it up to 500+€. Decided to have a bottom line of 400€ and as soon as I reached it, I made a withdrawal for the amount (400€) via TRON (TRX). On their T&C it stands clear that they will process the withdrawals within 3 business days. Today is the 4th day and full silence from their side- I can not connect the 24/7 live chat, nor are they answering me via e-mail.
Could you please help me out here?
