I have 365 EUR on my spinanga.com account. I made a withdrawal request 9th of May, but I'm still waiting for the money. My selfie and payment history documents have been rejected twice.
Also earlier I wagered the required amount, but chat told me it was a visual bug, so I had to wager even more. So I did.
Could you please help?

The verification page did not ask for ID as well, thats why my first two pictures did not contain ID.
After these two rejections, I suspected you wanted ID as well. My third picture was taken with ID and your website in the background on my PC. This picture was not approved either. I would be glad if you could explain why.
I have now sent in a picture with ID and your website on my phone. I hope this will be sufficient.
