I have 3 pending withdrawal's that have passed processing time frame. Casino is not providing a specific timeline. Based on terms i should get my withdrawals as they have passed the timeframe. I have emailed them and used chat support as well. Neither provides me a timeline.

All they reply is “ as soon as possible “ it will be processed. This is not helpful. I think casino should honour the terms and pay me immediately instead of as soon as possible.

Hello , my account initially didn’t require verification see attached. Now all of sudden they want verification and keep rejecting my proof of address without providing any reason . I provided them various bank and tax documents

See attached my clarification about documents . Please note the address on casino app cannot be edited . Since i created account in 2024 it has old address which cannot be edited. However i provided bank documents for both new and old address . I also have attached the casino app screenshot showing that old address cannot be edited

I have submitted orginal dowloaded pdfs from banks website showing my new address ( and you keep rejecting ) ….. i am uploading it once more … ( please note it shows my current address which i am not able to update on app and its an orginal dowloaded pdf from banks website ) …. Please see attached my orginal pdf and proof of submission on your website

Please read my complete issue. My account was used in March and April 2024 and i was able to withdraw earnings at that time . Later i changed my address which i cannot update on casino app and customer service agents dont help with that . At time of withdrawal the agent told me to send documents in email with explanation to suppor­t@s­pin­ang­a.com. I have sent numerous emails to [email protected] and [email protected] informing address change . Plus i provided directly dowloaded bank statements of both addressess .( since i updated address within 6 months ) , both bank statements of new and old address are within 6 months . Spinanga requested me to upload documentation of within of within 6 months . My old address bank statement is of september 2024 ( which is within 6 months ) and new address bank statement also i provided. Both bank statements i provided are directly downloaded from bank application ( i can even send a video ) . Even till today casino app doesnt show my updated address . Since i have last uploaded my documents the agent told me they are in review ( but spinanga app is not showing my document status ) —- See attached relevant screenshots

I already sent multiple clarification of my IP location. My Canadian passport was already provided which shows my country of birth and date of birth . I am on vacation in my country of birth ( location allowed by Spinanga ) and i will go back to Canada because i am a Canadian resident . Also both countries are allowed by Spinanga . Plus my interac transactions show i use a secure canadian system…… plus now your customer service told me that my account is now verified and withdrawals will be processed soon …… so please i am waiting for almost a month now
