I am fully verified with Rolletto had no issues depositing or withdrawing until Sunday where I won £28,000 on a golf bet.
I have now been asked go send in a video of myself with my ID, giving my name, user name and DOB which I have done and still my withdrawal has not been processed.
I have sent over multiple emails asking for updates as to when this will be resolved but have not heard anything in the last 24-30 hours this is causing me a great deal of stress now and would really like this resolved asap as I have sent over all documentation required of me.
