I have deposited quite a few times over around 6 months.. Recently I won 450 tried to withdraw they rejected it and asked for some I'd. I provided what they asked for then tired to withdraw again, this was also rejected and then then asked for more finally I was verified but still after 5 days haven't got my money which was processed 3 days ago. It states on there site it takes a day to get to you but now they said there is an investigation because I don't have my money, I've tried many times to sort this to the reply of it will be 24 hours. Each day it will be another 24 hours.

I was told yesterday I'd recieve proof of payment in 24 hours I haven't I've spoke to them and live chat to get the same response of investigation, finally put through to a manager who asked form a bank statement, sent and now told to wait again for them to look into what's happening and I'll receive proof of payment by the end of the day but no time frame on my money
