Non payment of 2525
Dear Askgamblers, I will begin by acknowledging my last complaint was rejected. However this was nearly a month ago and there has been no movement whatsoever with my case. I consider my route with the casino exhausted as I sent an official complaint and did not hear back, so I ask you to let this be resolved on here.
I have been struggling to get paid by Rizk since the end of June. The issue seems to be with source of funds.
I deposited only £50, certainly not some massive amount beyond my means, and won £2525. Since then I have been going back and forth via email and just going round in circles. I was asked for ID, then a selfie holding ID, then a selfie holding ID with date written on a piece of paper. I feel like I am being made to jump through hoops.
I have sent in the documentation to prove this was funded with my pension as I am retired, I have also sent in bank statements as proof of everything, and filled out their questionnaire. They seem to just ignore this and only send generic responses back. I have attached a screenshot of their latest reply and also what I have sent.
