Dear complaint agents,

I recently opened an account at Revolution Casino, made several deposits, and everything went smoothly until it was time for withdrawal. Seven days ago (March 14, 2024), I initiated a withdrawal request of 500 euros, which has been continuously postponed since then, with the explanation that the Finance Department is currently verifying the withdrawal.

No matter how many times I contacted the support chat, the agents were consistently rude and provided no concrete information regarding the issue. Instead, they repeatedly stated that withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 3 working days after the request is made. Additionally, when I access my profile on the website, the verification section states that my account does not need to be verified, even though I haven't submitted any documents, ID cards, or similar.

I have also contacted their support email team several times, and each time they replied that my withdrawal is in its final stage, yet the withdrawal has not been executed. Every subsequent attempt to reach them resulted in either no response or the same message.

All of this seems highly suspicious, especially after finding dozens of complaints online regarding this casino's withdrawal practices. Every account I've read indicates that individuals either turned to you or another casino expert for assistance, and only you were able to facilitate the withdrawal.

I urgently need the money, and every day the delay causes additional personal problems for me, so I kindly ask for your help. Please note that this is my first time filing a complaint, so feel free to correct me if I've made any mistakes.
