Refused payout due to false accusations

I deposited 1000 sek (100e) got 100% bonus , Wager it all and ended up having about 9400 sek, Ive been playing alot of bonus so i made sure i didn't bet more than the maxbet 50 sek / 5 euro .

The day after the cashout sloty told me i broke the wagering rules, i was amazed how bad they where with their customers, they told me i had be 3x 200 sek bets. I asked them if i had won anything ? , They sent me a file with transactions. ( NO IDs at the transaction file, and you couldnt see more than 5 pages of transactions on their site).

Even if it was a mistake any sane buissnes would se that it was a mistake ? 3 spins in 4 hours of play.
But i couldnt recall making those 200 bets made no sense. so i looked again and i could see that the file had been tampered with, because at one column they forgot to change the wager( see added files).

The player has placed higher bets then allowed, and by that act violated bonus terms and conditions #10:

10. The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is:
Slots and Video Slots - $5 per bet.
Any other game - $30 per bet.
Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
