Withdrawal delay 850euro

Hi guys waiting for over 3 days now for withdrawal of 850e. Been on the chat about 6 times they keep telling me it will be processed soon by an external company. Account is fully verified they just keep fobbing me off... Withdrawal is still pending absolutely awful service in 2023. Asked to speak to a manager but they advised we can't do this...The site is fine and would keep playing on it if I knew I could get withdrawals on time. Please help

Please be informed that the player's withdrawal request has been denied due to the detection of bonus manipulation during the process.

The player's betting pattern changed significantly while participating in a bonus campaign. Specifically, there were multiple instances where the player's bet size dropped by over 75%.

These actions are categorized as bonus manipulation under our General Promotions Terms and Conditions.

8.8.2. Sports bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:

(a) Placing bets listed as restricted gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules

(b) Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets

(c) Placing bets on your real + virtual balance more than twice in a row

(d) Increasing the balance and then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus

(e) Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.

8.8.3. In case of bonus manipulation PriBet reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated.

The player initially placed high-stakes bets to accumulate winnings, then drastically reduced the stakes to complete the rollover requirement and convert the bonus more easily. Consequently, the wrongfully obtained winnings were revoked, and the player's balance was reset to the original deposit. The player has been informed via email with a detailed explanation. In addition, a supportive evidence has been provided directly to AskGamblers.

Hello AskGamblers team,

I’m reaching out here in hopes of receiving assistance with a delayed withdrawal from an online casino listed on your platform.

I was fortunate enough to win €5,000 and initially requested a withdrawal of €2,700. A couple of days later, I received an email from the casino informing me that an 8% tax fee would apply, and I was asked to confirm whether I wanted to proceed. I replied yes, but also included a follow-up question in the same message.

Later, after speaking with the casino’s live chat support, I was informed that the withdrawal was rejected because my response was “not specific enough” — even though I clearly confirmed that I wanted to continue.

After that, I submitted a new withdrawal request for the full €5,000. However, it has now been over 4 days with no progress. Each time I contact live chat, I’m told the same thing: that the relevant department is reviewing it and that I will receive an email soon. So far, I haven’t received any updates. According to their own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 72 hours, which has already passed.

I truly hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I’ve enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
