Pending withdrawals with no support from customer service
I have 3 separate withdrawals which pending, it is well past the maximum withdrawal time through visa, which is 2 days. It has been nearly 5 days now, still heard absolutely nothing and my withdrawals are still pending.
I have made successful withdrawals in the past, so don’t understand why this has become a problem now?
Tried multiple times to contact customer service via email and live chat, each time I get no response of either.
I have attached proof of my pending withdrawals, also my verifcation status to show all my documents have been uploaded and approve including source of income. I will be closing my account as soon as this is resolved and not using platin anymore.
