Long waiting withdrawal

Hi, I’ve recently made withdrawals from my partycasino account 10 days ago on the 6th of November, but now it is still pending and under review for security reason. I’ve tried to contact customer service and all answers I’ve got is they don’t have a timeframe, they’re not dealing with this matter, other departments is dealing with this matter, there is no way to contact the withdrawal department and they just tell me to wait. I’ve previously tried to made this withdrawals on the 14th of October, but after a few days I received an email and said I need to go through the proof of income process. After a few additional documents requested have sent, and finally the process has been completed after 24days which is on the 6th of November. So after this long process i then try to withdraw the money out again. And then after 2 days I received an email again on the 8th of November said that my withdrawals is currently on hold for security check. And now is the 17th of November and I haven’t received update from partycasino yet. To be honest, this is the best online casino I’ve ever joined, I like it and I did enjoy playing at home instead of going to the casino. But I just can’t accept that the partycasino is holding my money for such a long time, I’d rather to do all this verification check or proof of income check before I join this online casino, and not only asking for proof when I try to withdraw the money. after over a month of waiting time, I still didn’t get my money back into my account, y money I still on hold, I don’t know what to do and I don’t know how much longer I will need to wait... please could somebody from partycasino tell me when I will receive my money? Thanks

Thanks to askgmblers and thanks to partycasino, I have received all the money in my bank now! It has been a long wait but I'm happy to receive my money now! Before I close this conversation I would like to talk about another issue, I have received an email saying that I would be offered a £1k credit after the proof of money process is completed, but when I ask the customer service they said they will have a look on it, so I don't know if I'm going to receive this £1k

In regards to the delay in payment, there's a very specific procedure that our payments team is obliged to follow in line with the UK regulation, that on some occasions, unfortunately, might take longer than expected. Verification process is taking too long and still not replying back

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a withdrawal request I made on January 16th, where I requested to withdraw £4000 from my account. On the same day, I received an email requesting additional identification and bank card information, which I promptly provided.

However, since then, I have been waiting for the verification process to be completed and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of progress on this matter. I understand that verification can take some time, but I have reached out to your support team multiple times for updates and have yet to receive a resolution.

On January 20th, I contacted your support team for the first time to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request. I was informed that the verification process takes time and was asked to be patient. On January 21st, I reached out again and was told that additional documents were needed, which I promptly provided. I was also informed that the verification process would take 48 hours, but after that time passed I had heard nothing from your team.

On January 25th, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request and was told that the timeline was actually 72 hours, so I waited an additional two days. On January 28th, I reached out again and was informed that the support team would send a reminder and get back to me within 24 hours, but this did not happen. On January 31st, I reached out for the final time and was told that a reminder would be sent, but it has now been three days and I have yet to receive any update.

At this point, I am no longer concerned about the status of my account, but I would like to have my funds transferred to me as soon as possible. The total amount I am requesting is £5298.30.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and request that my funds be transferred to me as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
