Long awaited withdrawal payment
From December 23rd to 27th 2021 I made 6 withdrawals amounting to £325 which I am still yet to receive.
I spoke with PartyCasino Via email in the new year ( January) as we were well past the 2-5 business days and they said the transactions had been processed their end and that my bank/card provider was holding the funds and I needed to get in contact with the bank
I have done this and made a total of 3 trips over this period to the bank getting proof and evidence which PartyCasino asked for proving I hadn’t received any of the funds, printing off a bank statement with specific dates and underling every single paid in transaction ECT
I then received an email from PartyPoker a site which I have never played on or even used saying after reading through the statement they had found a transaction of £25 which came to be true. I then proceeded to challenge them on the fact they had Miraculously found a transaction via a different site so where was the other £300’s worth to which they never replied
I sent an email yesterday asking if they had any more information on the matter as it’s been over 6 weeks and I’m yet to receive a reply hence the reason for submitting a complaint
