I originally attempted to withdraw 750 on April 26th. It was canceled on their end.

When I inquired I was told to contact support. I did contact support and sent them all the documents needed. When I then spoke to live chat they told me I was verified.

So April 29 I resubmitted my withdrawal. I have emailed support twice (no reply) and spoken with live chat countless times to be told "It's being processed. You can trust your money is safe" and on one account told "It's hold be here today" That's was 3 days ago.

There is no way I can talk to the processor as I was told today.. just sit tight and wait. "They are working on it".

No one can tell me who has my money right now.

I look forward to a quick resolution. If they need to contact me at all please reach out to the email on file. I will gladly provide any info that will get this matter settled. When I spoke with support today I was informed the casino is currently having processing issues leading to a back log so everything was being done manually now. I don't know if that means you need more personal or banking information but I will gladly provided what may be missing.

Ok. I don't know how though, the site says I do not require verification and I have sent everything through the support email. Request 14755232. It has been updated a few times with my photos (including ID) and I have also requested additional help through that request number with no responses. Please tell me when you receive that thread and my ID. Also let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help.

I have not received any email regarding my withdrawal yet. I did receive 2 promotional emails from your website and I can see online that it still says processing. Unfortunately I have no e-mail regarding payment transfer. I have auto deposit linked to my bank account so it should be automatic.

Once I receive payment I will update this with a reply. If not I will wait the couple days and update seeking further resolution.

I still have not had a reply back about my withdrawal in an email. I reached out to live chat today and I was told there is nothing they could do but there is an option for a manual bank transfer. I would have to send information in.

I was then informed that if I do that they will need to start processing my transaction all over again. I do not know what to do at this point. I have started another ticket with support (I still have had no reply to my previous requests at all.) All I have been getting in my email from nova jackpot is promotions. My newest ticket number is "15223201".

My withdrawal was cancelled on your end this morning with no email explaining why. I have now made a crypto DOGE deposit and set up my 750$ withdrawal through my DOGE wallet. please let me know when you have sent the funds there.
