I have 3 pending withdrawals at the moment, The longest one being on the 17th April ($120NZD), 18th April ($60NZD) & most recent which has only been 2 days ($1000 NZD). On their page it states 3-5 days which mean the first 2 withdrawals ar past those, and after seeing some post on here i dont want to wait 2 weeks before putting in a complaint. I have tried to speak to the live chat and all ive been told is to be patient and my withdraws will be processed when possible.

I appreciate the reply, but since this complaint ive had 3 withdrawals denied, with no explanation. Ive tried to contact Livechat, and all i’ve gotten is “we’re to busy at the moment” & “please come back & try again another time. Its been 13 days since ive first tried to withdrawal.
