I am filing this complaint against Novajackpot Casino due to systematic delays in processing multiple withdrawal requests totaling 138,792 HUF.

The pending transactions are as follows:

1. 29,760 HUF (Requested: Feb 18, 2026 | ID: 89dd75­0e-­def­a-4­00a­-a4­de-­577­fd3­6bc82c)

2. 33,000 HUF (Requested: Feb 21, 2026 | ID: 2f6578­2e-­9f9­6-4­8ec­-b8­62-­ac0­ade­547189)

3. 76,032 HUF (Requested: Feb 21, 2026 | ID: 02a87e­52-­ba9­e-4­493­-97­88-­26d­8bd­0b42ed)

According to the casino's Terms and Conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days. My oldest request from February 18th is now significantly overdue (5+ business days).

Furthermore, the support team has provided contradictory and unrealistic information. Most recently, on Feb 25th, an agent (Suzana) claimed my payments are scheduled for March 1st. March 1st is a Sunday, which is not a business day, leading me to believe these are intentional stalling tactics.

I am requesting the immediate approval and processing of all three pending withdrawals. I have attached screenshots of the pending transactions as evidence.

Thank you for the update, however, "internal escalation" does not provide a specific timeframe for the resolution.

My oldest withdrawal request (Transaction ID: 89dd75­0e-­def­a-4­00a­-a4­de-­577­fd3­6bc82c) was made on February 18, 2026, which is now 6 business days ago. This clearly violates the 3-day processing policy stated in your Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, I was previously given a contradictory and unrealistic processing date of March 1st (a Sunday).

I will keep this complaint OPEN until all three of my pending withdrawals (totaling 138,792 HUF) are successfully processed and the funds have reached my bank account. Please provide a definitive date for when the payments will be executed.

However, there are still two pending withdrawals. I request that this complaint remains OPEN until all requested funds have been fully processed and received.
Current Status:

To other players: I advise caution when playing at this casino. While they do pay eventually, be prepared for significant delays beyond the timeframe stated in their Terms and Conditions. It seems public escalation is necessary to get things moving.
