My withdrawal has been delayed 1week I have created a withdrawal on 24apr for 5000thb.
And on 26apr for 1000thb they tell me to wait for process 2-3working days but now is more than 1 week I haven't received a payment.
I have asked to operator to tell me to wait.
They say "I have checked your withdrawal and there seems to be a delay in processing. I would like to assure you that this is nothing to worry about and that your withdrawal is safe. We kindly ask you for some patience while your withdrawal is being processed, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Once the process is complete, you should immediately receive an email confirmation." they tell like this everyday but I do not receive it.
In first time they told me it would be approved in 3 working days but now is 1 week ago.
Pls help me.
