The casino states fast withdrawal procedures so that's why I decided to play on this site. After submitting my first wd request on the 23.10, I received an email to verify my account 3 days later by the finance department. They requested an amount of documents that I immediately transmitted. After that, I received another request for documents and the same selfie, holding my payment card in front of the Nomini website.
Sending them another email with documents, you get an automated message that this will be handled within 3 working days.. So by now I am waiting since 6 days and the wd's are still pending.
Btw all documents fulfilled KYC standards as this isn't the first casino I'm playing.
Please remove the "fast withdrawals" from marketing messages as this is definitely misleading. Waiting for an update on this and then to see if this casino will be an option for future gameplay or not.

My account has now been verified since about 24 hours but still the withdrawals haven't been processed yet. Contacted the support and they stated about another 72 hours policy..
Ongoing since 8 days now.
Total amount due 1000€

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I have to say that, when it comes to support, requests are handed in a fast and convenient way. Why don't you keep up the same pace when it comes to payments. The 500 per day limit together with the 3 working day policy might give players the feeling, that Nomini isn't fair enough. We all know how tempting it can be, having 1000 or 2000,- in the account and not being able to wd as per wd policy..gives a bitter aftertaste for a casino, that could make it easy into my personal top ten.
I'm gona look forward to see my winnings and will let you know, once this conplaint can be closed. Thanks.

So this is the schedule I got from them:

We would like to inform you that your payouts will be made in full accordance with the following schedule:

To be executed on 31.10.2019 - 400 EUR;
To be executed on 04.11.2019 - 100 EUR;
To be executed on 07.11.2019 - 500 EUR.

I mean, now imagine you will hit a jackpot...

I appreciate your answer.
The fact that this payout is handled over a period of 8 working days is unacceptable.
For example at ****/com I get up to 15000 handled in less than 24 hours after verification.
As I said, if you want to play in the major league, you definitely need to work on this..
The casinos that are up and running under your company are outstanding in terms of support, design and providers.
But the withdrawal policy is giving it a massive negative side.

The Nomini team has jept it's promises and the withdrawals have been executed.
