I was playing for 2 weeks everything was find i deposit around 300$ in 2 weeks.

One day I deposit 54$ and I play and win my balance was then around 1000$ I decide to take a break and when I came back my account was blocked.

They ask me for document and id card so I send them all the document asked.

But they refuse my ID card but nowhere on the website it's was say that my id card was not accepted so I try to contact customer support finally they close my account with no right to reopen. I try many time to have explanation but they say its was a final decision they refund me my last deposit and leave me like that.

We would like to inform you that verification of the account must be carried out before proceeding with the withdrawal.

Our relevant department have received your insurance card instead of any of your national ID cards.

Please be informed that the account was closed as you failed to complete account verification by providing us with a health insurance card which is not acceptable as a valid national ID card.

The only acceptable ID is any national ID card or passport issued by the governmental authorities and we asked you to provide it in emails. However, we received a reason from you that you have Epilepsy and you are not allowed to have a driver’s license and due to your criminal record you cannot have a passport.

In addition, the last deposit was returned back on the basis of our general terms and conditions:

5.1 You must provide us with all information that we may request in order to manage your account, verify your identity or the source of the funds deposited to your account. This includes (but is not limited to) properly certified ID, proof of residence, proof of owners

9.4 Should we arrive at a reasonable suspicion that you have engaged in a fraud, any illegal or improper activity, or have otherwise breached the Terms, we reserve the right to take any number of the following action, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice:
- void any winnings obtained, cancel any pending withdrawals and refund the last deposit made into the account.

No where in your terms amd condition ita specified that this card is not accepted and as you can see by the screenshot i send earlier i ask an agent to be sute that it will he accepted and he say yes
There is no reason to not accept my id card as o tild you before i have epilepsy i am bot allowd having a driver liscence and du to my criminal record i am not allow havin a passport for years
Since i play you never ask for any id and i deposit at least 300-350$ now that i win up to 1000$ you ask for id and refuse it for no reason
