Hello!
I have a problem with this casino because they are not willing to payout the withdrawls i made.
To pay in was no problem ot worked in seconds.
I have 2 times €2000 euro withdrawal with pending status for more than 4 days and in terms and condition say that in max 3 day it will be processed.
I spoke with my lawyer and if they will not fix it or with your help i can't get my money than i will trace them for a legal action.
Is not normal to accept my money over €5000 and not pay out when your customer ask for.
I am an online casino player for more than 3 years and i am playing on more online casinos but never happened something like that.
On customer support or over emails they just tell you to have patience. How you can be patience when you don't know what is happening with your money

Hello again,

After 8 days waiting only one of my two withdrawls was completed.
Such a formulation that "the second withdrawal will be made in the neareast future" is verry tricky. Why you don't inform your customers that you have internal problems that they will not need to wait for their money?
Verry dissapointing to get treated like this when is money involved.
You hold the money of your customers without reason and you don't keep up with your own Terms&Conditions.
Just change your Terms&Conditions and say that customers will get their withdrawls at some point but you can't asure them when exactly.
I am curious when will be made my other withdrawal.
Till now is a verry dissapointing experience at this online casino.

You can close the complaint.
After a long way i got my withdrawals.
For any other interested keep in mind that the time for withdrawals is not so short like they say.
