Withdrawal of €1,200 taking ages and still not received
In the beginning of December 2020 I won 1200 euro. I tried to do a withdrawal several times and in the end they sad to me to try another method, and so I did. It got accepted 9 of December, haven’t got any email the, only that it was green and accepted in my player account. I waited and waited and didn’t received my money. They asked me to at least wait 10 day because that is the time it usually takes. So I did. Went back to the chat and sad I haven’t received the money. They refunded the 1200 euros to my player account and sad I should try again. So I did... 22 of December the same thing, it was green and accepted in my players account but haven’t received a withdrawal request or anything to my mail. Today, 3 months later haven’t still received my money. I don’t know how much time I have spent on this. My bank has been involved and the latest answer that I got today is that the n1casino is sanctioned so my bank returned the money to the casino. N1 casino sad that they have done everything they can but can not see that the money has returned to them I have showed them bank statement several times so they can see I haven’t got my money. But, they sad that I can pay 100 euro so they can try to track it? Eh why should I have to pay 100 euro so they can track it? That means they have not done everything they can? And all those 20 people I have talked to, all 20 people have sad different things. Some have sad please be patient, somebody else have sad we can not do anything more and even after that they have sad be patient...everything I have on e mail. And one more thing, how could they refund the money the first time I tried but not the second? Something is very fishy here...once I also got a weird document that the money has been sent to an IBAN in Malta because that was not my IBAN in Sweden it started with MT following number...but I don’t get answers...I believe someone on the n1 casino has taken the money and i will go further with this. I have a statement from my bank that they have done everything to track so I have my back clean, but do they? They refuse to give me any sort of a contact to the financial department so I’m just sitting there and chatting to people who I believe is incompetent in that area...I have a lot of documents if needed of my chat with them several times, some weird document with transactions from their side, this is money I won no bonus wagering or anything else.
