Withdrawal of 13 040,80 SEK confiscated and false accusations of duplicate accounts

Yesterday i created an account at N1Casino and won 13 040,80 SEK.
This morning i woke up to this e-mail:
"Dear xxx,
Our system detected duplicate account and this is forbidden by the rules of the casino. You can create only one account here:
"Each player can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts by a player will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses. "

So they have confiscated my winnings of 13 040,80 SEK.
What they are accusing me of is not right and totally false accusations. I dont have any duplicate accounts, and the casino is refusing to provide me with any sort of evidence.
In the chat they also wrote "As we can see there has been created more then 1 account from the same IP , device or address."
So i want evidence of which account they are accusing me of belonging to me. Cause i have receipts when i bought this computor, and i also have evidence when this IP started to functioning, and they will see that their accusations are wrong, cause it not possible. And also, im the only one living on this adress alone.
Please help me to get my winnings back.
