Hi
I deposited 25 euros to N1casino and received a third welcome bonus( 100%). I managed to wager bonus and did a withdrawal of 200 euros.
I also uploaded proof of address and Bank statement documents for account verification. Passport picture i uploaded when i registered my account and it was already approved.
Few hours later i received email saying this :
"We have to remind you that according to our Terms and Conditions only 1 account per IP, device or household can get bonuses.
We are sorry to inform you that your winnings were confiscated to the deposit amount due to violation of the rules. Also please note that bonuses are not available for you anymore.
Best regards,
N1 Casino Support Team."
I contacted live-chat about this and they told me that there is multiple accounts under my IP address and all their decision are final.
I do not have multiple accounts. I live alone and use a private internet.
