April 7th I deposited an amount to play on N1Casino. (Username: MrHamed)
This went through ideal. Everything went well and I played for about 1.5 hours. I won a nice amount, so I pay out the next day.
I paid out via Trustly as I often do. Payment is normally immediate. However, today 8 days later I still have not received the amount. I have spoken to customer service many times, but they all say the same thing. "it takes about 5-7 business days". They say this every day. Even 8 days later they still say this.
I have had a bad experience with cashing out my winnings before (Other casino). So this doesn't feel right.
Today, April 15, I am still waiting for an amount of 1328 euros.
I don't really know what to do, because all my documents have been approved, the deposit went well, I only think the payment takes a suspiciously long time. It also seems like customer service doesn't want to help me any further. They just tell me to be patient and don't tell me why it's been 8 days already.
