I did withdrawal request about 510 eur/dollars 25/10/21.The status is still pending right now. I tried send 2 e-mails to N1 support team but without respond.Tried contact live support, everyday. They all give me same answers their financial team need do withdrawal request manually and it is long queue request t hey can't give me exactly timeframe. Told me need patient.
When I deposit I didn't use any bonus. I uploaded all the documents. Got e-mail from N1 casino support team said my account is fully verified.
I am qualified all their terms and conditions to withdrawal my money. Don't know why they still holding my money, the status still pending. It is been a week. I know some casino they try to hold you money and let customer losing back before their withdrawal is success. I am not going to cancel my withdrawal when it pending. I just need my money transfer to transfer for my budget. I hope N1 casino is a reliable casino, not like o those scam casinos. Please give my withdrawal and I will happy to play next session.
