It is been now more than week as my deposit was made to most bet casino on 08th of Jan of INR 2499.88 still amount not credited to my casino account. Customer care just saying under process since day one. I am fed up now please take the matter and resolve. Screenshot of payment attached along with most bet customer care chat also

The client can review the terms and conditions for unfreezing funds at their bank. If the funds are not credited within the specified period, they should contact the bank to locate the funds and request a chargeback."
