Dear Sir

It is been now more than week as my deposit was made to most bet casino on 08th of Jan of INR 2499.88 still amount not credited to my casino account. Customer care just saying under process since day one. I am fed up now please take the matter and resolve. Screenshot of payment attached along with most bet customer care chat also

I must say mostbet has one the worst service related with payment and withdrawal dealing ... It is almost 20 days now no confirmation related with deposit status where as other casino revert more quickly also they do not have such issue.. first time I have seen such a delay ...

But one thing i must say payment was successful from my side and I did all instructions which mostbet deposit section asked and finally it was successful still did not reach casino. I must warn all players stay away from mostbet as not good casino for deposit and withdrawal
