I was about to place a bet and I got an error saying "error while placing the bet " Then I tried again

I got the same error again

I did let it go but then when I opened bet history I saw that both the bets were placed I contacted support right away

They didn't respond properly and both bets were lost for which I am not responsible

I informed support regarding this and they said they are sorry for the glitch and will make sure it not happen in the future ( what kind of a response is this)

Then they said they reviewed and found the bet was placed and now it can't be canceled and also sometimes stated I deliberately placed which is absolutely false

Please help me to get at least one of two bets void or help me to let them add 1500 to my wallet
