Rejected, bogus player claim: Confiscation of winnings

I had placed my first deposit of 20 pounds. I had accepted the welcome bonus and proceed to play with both my money and the bonus on a slot game. I stuck to the rules of not betting over £5 . That was until I'd won 1400 pounds and knew that I was fully out of the wagering requirements. In the rules it states that while in the wagering part of your play you may not bet over £5 up until £1400 pounds I stuck to the rules. The mo eye I then bet above that was my own money and not a bonus. I'd very much appreciate a reply to resolve this matter. I won a £1000 in good faith and stuck to the rules. I'm also very confused at the fact if this is the rule of betting over £5 is not aloud at all , you shouldn't be able to do so within that game. It seems very misleading and I'm aware that I'm not the only one to suffer from such a very odd rule. It's very dishonest to put such a rule. I withdrew my £1000 and it took them for me to place more money on there site then decide to halt my game and I had to all them to find out what was going on. Player breached the maximum betting rule while playing with the bonus money by placing 34 consecutive 10 pounds bet on Guns N' Roses Touch game.

Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

This was a further 6 days ago, I emailed yesterday on the 16th of November still nothing.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.
