I am a Older player of Melbet, but today I am very disappointed with the Melbet team. I had requested a deposit on January 21st, which I always do through PhonePay via UPI. The amount that is supposed to arrive in 10-15 minutes did not arrive within half an hour that day. I contacted Melbet contact support. If the amount does not arrive for 3 hours, the contact team replied. I waited patiently for another 3 hours, but the amount did not arrive until 3 hours later. I contacted the support team again and they asked me to wait for 24 hours. I waited for another 24 hours. After that, they replied that we cannot tell you how long it will take. We have told our specialists to solve your problem.

And the specialist replied that the problem was resolved again as we told the specialist and we can't even say how long it will take.

What a great service Melbet company, which has players but no one to solve the problems of the players and listen to the players.
