Delayed payment after pending time is over

I’ve been playing at LuckyHour and yesterday I won.
Having seen on their FAQ they say that they process withdrawals within one our.

After asking why the withdrawal hadn’t been processed that say that this can take up to 24 working hours, so up to three days. This is not per their own FAQ.

Hallo, ich habe im Casino gewonnen und am 05.05.2025 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 370€ gemacht. Mein Konto wurde auch vorab schon verifiziert. Jeden Tag erhalte ich vom Chat die selbe Nachricht, dass meine Auszahlung im Status Pending ist. Immer wieder werde ich darauf verwiesen, dass ich mich an KYC per E-Mail wenden soll. Das habe ich schon 2x gemacht und bekomme keine Rückmeldung. Das geht jetzt schon seit knapp 3 Wochen so.

LuckyHour Casino Withholding Payment Since The 27th January

Good afternoon.

I hope you are well.

I have two withdrawal pending with Luckyhour, one from the 27th January, and the other from the 1st February.

The total amount outstanding is €1728.

The account is fully verified and I have had numerous previous withdrawals.

I have followed this up by email, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Should you require anything more from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

Withholding Payment Since The 5th January

Payment has been delayed for 2 weeks

Hello, Lucky hour Casino has not processed 3 of my withdrawals (together 219€) for a week. After a week I asked the chat and email support and only received the answer that they have transferred my 3 payouts back to my customer account and that I should now pay them out again in total. Now another week has passed and they still haven't processed my withdrawal. I would like this to happen. I am fully registered and have only used my own money in connection with this sum. Before this incident, withdrawals from this casino were working fine.
