Delayed payment after pending time is over

I’ve been playing at LuckyHour and yesterday I won.
Having seen on their FAQ they say that they process withdrawals within one our.

After asking why the withdrawal hadn’t been processed that say that this can take up to 24 working hours, so up to three days. This is not per their own FAQ.
