Longest withdrawal time ever

I have been waiting for my winnings for over two weeks now. I continue to get into contact with the team via live chat and email. I initially made a withdrawal of 615 on the 19 of October, They told me my winnings would be in my account come the following Monday as I had to wait over the weekend. That Monday, still no money and was told it would be there by Wednesday, as you can probably guess, Wednesday comes and still no Money. They then proceed to tell me that it sometimes takes up to 7 days and my money would be in my bank on Friday.

Friday comes, no money.
Eventually i'm told my case is "Unique" and the security department is handling in it and would contact me. Was never contacted, and my winnings had been rolled back into my casino account.
On the first of November, I again attempted with make a withdrawal, this time two. One for 600, the other for 75, after playing a bit with the funds that had been rolled back into my account.
I recieved emails saying the withdrawals had been processed that same day. It is now th 5th, and no winnings.
I contacted customer support, AGAIN, and was told he couldnt even see the two withdrawals I had made on the 1st, and the proceeded to tell me security team is dealing with it and I'll here from them A.S.A.P.
So heres to round two of the waiting game, and not knowing what is happening with my money.
Not impressed, I dont reccomend this casino if you want to be paid.
Very very upset. What a shame. I personally dont think i'll ever see my money.

I have been to speak to the finance department and they have advised that your withdrawals were approved successfully from our side. If you have not received these yet please can you contact your bank regarding this? Feel free to send me a personal message to discuss the matter if you prefer so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

This was a further 6 days ago, I emailed yesterday on the 16th of November still nothing.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.
