Dear AskGamblers Support,

I am submitting this complaint regarding unresolved withdrawal issues with Kingmakers Casino.

Date of withdrawals: 30/03/2025

Amount: Three withdrawals of €500 each (total: €1,500)

Current account balance: Approximately €10,000

Verification status: Fully verified (documents submitted and approved)

Issue: Despite repeated communication, my withdrawals have remained pending since March 30th, 2025 — over 1.3 months now. The casino support has not provided any clear explanation for the delay.

According to the casino’s website, the maximum withdrawal limit is €3,000. However, I was only allowed to request up to €500 per transaction. Additionally, it is clearly stated that withdrawals should be processed within 3–5 business days. This policy has clearly not been followed in my case.

I have sent all required KYC documents, my account is verified, and there is no valid reason for the extended delay. I have also submitted a complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, but the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that Kingmakers Casino honors its obligations and processes my pending withdrawals.

Thank you for your response, however it does not address the core of the issue.

It has now been over 50 days since I requested three withdrawals of €500 each, totaling €1,500. My account is fully verified, I have complied with all KYC requirements, and I have contacted your support numerous times — but I have not received any clear or case-specific update.

During live chat conversations, your team repeatedly assures me that my funds are safe and that I will be paid. While I appreciate the reassurance, these general statements without a clear timeline only increase my concern.

Your last reply did not include:
• Any explanation for the delay,
• Any details specific to my case,
• Any indication of when the withdrawals will be processed.

I kindly request a clear and specific update:
1. Why are the withdrawals delayed?
2. When exactly will the funds be paid?

I also ask the AskGamblers team to continue monitoring this complaint closely, as the issue remains unresolved after a significant amount of time.

The issue has been resolved only to a small extent.
I mean that 4 withdrawals of €500 have been completed, but I have now again 3 more withdrawals of €500 are still pending.
They do not allow me to make a larger withdrawal for their own reasons, even though they state that the daily withdrawal limit is €3000 to a Mastercard.
Since Friday, I have 3 pending withdrawals.
Everything is working at a drip-feed pace. It’s a complete hassle.
