I submitted a withdrawal request of 4,500 NOK to Kingmaker Casino on 23/09/2025 — it’s now been over 10 days, and the funds are still not paid.
I have contacted support multiple times via chat and email. Each time, I received a different excuse: "just wait", "we're processing it", "we have too many requests", and now they claim it's a delay from my payment provider — even though the withdrawal is still marked as 'under review' in my account.
I have sent four emails, and all were either ignored or answered with copy-paste replies. Live chat refused to provide any licensing information and told me I had to ask via email — but that also led nowhere.
This experience has been frustrating, opaque, and feels highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when depositing money on this platform.
