Hey there Again,

once again i have another complain on the same Casino. I think i need to open a complain everytime im processing a withdrawal. Once again i have 2 open withdrawals which are not processed. One of the withdrawal is open for over 6 days.

I have previously made several successful withdrawals from your casino. While processing has occasionally taken more than three days, the funds have always eventually reached my account. However, the above-mentioned withdrawals are still marked as pending, and I have not received any clear or concrete response from your support team.

For your reference, I have attached screenshots of the pending withdrawal requests.

I kindly ask you to review my case urgently and provide a clear update on the status of my withdrawals.

Ignorierte meine mehrfachen Selbstsperrungsanfragen

Sehr geehrtes AskGamblers-Team,

ich reiche diese Beschwerde gegen Kingmaker Casino (betrieben von Rabidi N.V., Lizenznummer ALSI-152406028-F12 unter Anjouan Gaming) ein.

Zwischen Februar und Juli 2025 habe ich wiederholt eine dauerhafte Kontosperrung beantragt, da ich spielsüchtig bin. Trotz mehr als fünfzehn E-Mails und mehrerer Bestätigungen im Live-Chat blieb mein Konto über Monate hinweg aktiv. In dieser Zeit erhielt ich sogar weiterhin Bonusangebote und Werbeaktionen, was zu weiteren Schäden führte.

Insgesamt habe ich 52.130 EUR nach dem 3. März 2025 verloren – zu einem Zeitpunkt, als das Casino bereits über meine Spielsucht informiert war. Dieser Vorgang zeigt ein vollständiges Versagen der internen Schutzmaßnahmen und der Verpflichtung zum verantwortungsvollen Spielen.

Nachfolgend habe ich alle beigefügten Dateien mit Datum und kurzer Beschreibung aufgelistet, damit die Nachvollziehbarkeit gewährleistet ist:

1. (04.02.2025) – Erste E-Mail an [email protected] mit der Bitte um dauerhafte Sperrung wegen Spielsucht.

2. (09.02.2025) – Zweite E-Mail mit derselben Bitte, keine Antwort erhalten.

3. (02.03.2025) – Live-Chat, in dem meine Spielsucht bestätigt und eine Eskalation zugesagt wurde.

4. (03.03.2025) – Antwort auf eine VIP-E-Mail mit erneutem Antrag auf Kontoschließung.

5. (11.03.2025) – Zweiter Live-Chat, erneute Bestätigung, aber weiterhin keine Reaktion.

6. (11.03.2025) – Kopie des Live-Chats vom 11.03.2025.

7. (12.03.2025) – Dringende E-Mail mit der Bitte um sofortige Sperrung.

8. (19.03.2025) – Weitere E-Mail an Support und VIP-Abteilung mit Sperranfrage.

9. (26.03.2025) – Weitere schriftliche Bitte um Kontoschließung.

10. (21.04.2025) – Antwort auf VIP-E-Mail mit erneutem Löschantrag.

11. (30.04.2025) – Erneute dringende E-Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass das Konto noch immer offen ist.

12. (04.05.2025) – E-Mail an VIP-Manager mit Hinweis auf Spielsucht und Bitte um Löschung.

13. (05.06.2025) – Weitere E-Mail an VIP-Manager Nikola mit Löschanfrage.

14. (10.06.2025) – Antwort auf Cashback-Angebot mit der Bitte „bitte löschen Sie mein Konto“.

15. (25.06.2025) – VIP-Bonus-Thread, mehrere Bonusangebote zwischen dem 25.06. und 04.07.2025 trotz Sperrbitten.

16. (05.07.2025) – E-Mail mit erneuter Bitte um dauerhafte Selbstsperre.

17. (22.07.2025, 01:53) – Dringende E-Mail (BCC an CasinoGuru) mit erneuter Sperranfrage.

18. (22.07.2025, 22:16) – Bonusbestätigung des Casinos am selben Tag, trotz bekannter Spielsucht.

19. (24.07.2025) – Letzte E-Mail, in der ich erneut um Kontoschließung bat, nachdem ein weiterer Bonus gutgeschrieben wurde.

Kingmaker Casino wirbt auf seiner Webseite mit dem Siegel „Reviewed by AskGamblers“. Genau deshalb habe ich mich an AskGamblers gewandt, da ich darauf vertraue, dass diese Marke sich an die Standards für verantwortungsvolles Spielen hält.

Ich bitte AskGamblers, diesen Fall sorgfältig zu prüfen und mir zu helfen, eine faire Rückerstattung meiner Einzahlungen nach dem 03.03.2025 zu erhalten – also jener Zeit, in der das Casino bereits über meine Spielsucht informiert war.

Verzoegert Auszahlung

Ich habe am 22.05.24 250 Euro und einmal 30 ausbezahlt. Diese wurden korrekt und ohne Bonus gewonnen. Ich Chat wurde mir gesagt es würden keine Dokumente benötigt und die Auszahlung würde spätestens nach 3 Tagen bearbeitet. Ich habe obwohl keinerlei Dokumente angefragt wurden, trotzdem alles Dokumente per E-Mail geschickt bis heute nichts zurück gekommen oder bearbeitet worden. Im Chat bekommt man nur Standartantworten. Geldabheben ist schwierig

Hallo zusammen
Ohne eure Hilfe wird es wahrscheinlich wieder nichts. Ich habe erneuert drei Auszahlungen beantragt, sie halten sich aber erneut nicht an die drei Werktage. Das beste ist mein Vip level, habe etwa 60-80k schon in diesem Casino umgesetzt, mein Vip level steigt aber nicht, damit man höher tägliche Auszahlungslimite hat. Die Chatbots mit den automatisierten Antworten sind auch nicht hilfreich. Danke euch

Ich habe am 26.04.24 500 Euro ausbezahlt. Diese wurden korrekt und ohne Bonus gewonnen. Auszahlungen werden nicht akzeptiert

Hallo. Die erste zwei Auszahlungen wurden innert 3 Tage ausgeführt, die drei weitere wurden seither nicht bearbeitet. Sie verzögern die Auszahlungen, damit man das Geld verzockt. Die Limite sind auch einfach lächerlich. 550/Tag und 7000/Monat
Man bräuchte 6 Monate 20k auszahlen zu lassen. Ich habe drei Auszahlungen in der Warteschlange, die nicht bearbeitet werden.

Hallo seit 4 Wochen wird in diesen Casino (kingmaker)an meiner Verifizierung gearbeitet.immer Wenn ich Dokumente hochlade die sie haben wollen finden die immer wieder was neues entweder können sie angeblich nicht alles lesen oder es fehlt etwas aber das was sie anfordern habe ich schon mehrfach hochgeladen.

Im chat kommt momentan immer nur das ich mich in 60 minuten noch mal melden soll aber das wird immer wieder gesagt sobald du mit einem Agenten kontakt aufnimmst wird chat beendet. das was sie angefordert haben,habe ich hochgeladen.

Both support and chat give the same template text, even though I've been inquiring since Wednesday or Thursday.

They tell me to wait, but support doesn't really respond anymore.

I see that as long as you have to pay, you're fine, but they don't want to pay anymore.

According to the general terms and conditions and the chat, the payout would take 3 business days.

Breach of self exclusion and rejected partial refund offer 1000 EUR

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting a new complaint against Kingmaker Casino regarding a severe breach of responsible gambling and self-exclusion policies.

My previous complaint was rejected due to a technical issue with email attachments, which I am now uploading directly to this form.

In 2025, I requested a permanent self-exclusion from Kingmaker Casino due to gambling problems. Despite this explicit request, the operator failed to close my access, continued unauthorized marketing, and allowed me to make 13 separate deposits totaling exactly 1,000 EUR.

Yesterday (May 14, 2026), Kingmaker Casino's support (Salvo) contacted me via email and formally offered a partial refund of 500 EUR as a "gesture of goodwill". I have rejected this partial offer, as the operator is fully liable for the entire 1,000 EUR deposited after my self-exclusion request.

I am now uploading all irrefutable evidence directly to this form:

1. The original 2025 self-exclusion email (with English translation).

2. Official bank receipts for all 13 deposits made after the exclusion request.

3. The email from Kingmaker offering the 500 EUR partial refund.

I request a full refund of 1,000 EUR.

Each and every time delays the payment hides under different excuses

Firstly of all thanks to AskGamblers team mediate other two complaints again I am facing same issues my first withdrawal was initiated on 6 April 2026 still 3 withdrawal pending amount 1500 euro not a single processed kindly . Kingmaker team don’t process my withdrawal ontime I request them and also Askgambler team please request them and make sure all future withdrawal process ontime . I don’t feel good to write here again and again also kingmaker reputation and rating at stake . So please proceed my all withdrawal ontime . Kingmaker problem

Hello!

I'd like to file a complaint against Kingmaker Casino. On March 14th, after meeting all the requirements for the bonus I received from the casino, including the required wagering requirements, and all its requirements regarding stake limits, I managed to win and accumulate 7,000 PLN.

I immediately requested a withdrawal. Since I have a withdrawal limit of 2,000 PLN, I made three withdrawals in total:

-on March 14th, 15th, and 16th, each for 2,000 PLN. To date, 20 days after requesting the withdrawal, I haven't received any funds.

The staff uses pre-made formulas in the chat to reassure me that everything is fine. They don't provide a specific reason for the delays, nor do they provide any specific details. Unfortunately, days pass, and nothing changes. Contacting support doesn't help either.

The account is, of course, verified; this information is also available in the account/verification tab on the casino website. I'm asking for your help.

As proof of what I'm writing, I have added a screenshots of my requested withdrawals, confirmation of my account verification, and an email from Kingmaker support to this message.

Please help me.
